Quality Importers Trading Co. has shipped a pair of its new releases from the 2022 PCA Convention & Trade Show, the XIKAR 10mm Cigar Punch and the First Responder Series of the Humidor Supreme Porto.

The XIKAR 10mm Cigar Punch adds a new pinpoint centering guide that helps the user center the cutter before piercing the cap. It is a twist-action punch cuter that offers two cutting depths. It is available in four colors: bronze, gold, silver and gunmetal, each with an MSRP of $64.99.

Also heading to stores is the First Responder Series of the Humidor Supreme Porto, a trio of designs that honors police, firefighters and the armed forces. Each humidor measures 12.5 x 8.75 x 4.5 inches and can hold between 40 and 70 cigars, and includes a humidifier, cedar lined interior, Spanish cedar divider, a hygrometer and gold-plated hinges. Pricing is set at $139.99.

Update — Shortly after this article was published, a representative from Quality Importers told halfwheel that there is also a black color option for the XIKAR 10mm Punch, which is being released as an exclusive to Amazon.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
