Providencia Cigars has begun shipping its latest limited edition cigar.

It’s called the La Misión Lancero, a 7 1/2 x 38 lancero. It uses a Honduran habano wrapper over an Indonesian binder and fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua.

“I never imagined that a short term mission trip to Honduras would turn into 15 plus years of my life living and working with some of the most amazing people in the world,” said Jim Faber, founder of Providencia, in a press release. “‘La Misión’ (the mission) is a tribute to the all the hard work and sacrifice that so many people made over those years. I was just honored to be a small spoke in the wheel in God’s vast and eternal plan.”

La Misión is priced at $9.99 and is packaged in either boxes of 10 or bundles of 11. Production is limited to 1,050 cigars.

Of note, Tatuaje owns a trademark for La Mission.
