Press Release: $7,000 Raised for Ditka Charity

March 14, 2012 (Tampa, FL) — The J.C. Newman Cigar Company and Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge Indy Cigar Bar joined together for the Super Bowl to raise over $7,000 for the NFL Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund.

The check was presented to board member and spokesman Mike Ditka at the Indy Cigar Bar Diamond Crown Super Bowl event. $15 from the sale of every Diamond Crown Gridiron Greats box went to the charity which supports retired NFL players and their families who are unable to pay for basic services like medical care, housing and funeral expenses.
