If passed, Philadelphia would join Oakland and a host of smaller cities with bans on flavored tobacco. Voters in San Francisco will decide on June 5 whether its city should ban flavored tobacco. A ban was passed last year, but tobacco companies successfully petitioned for it to be added as a ballot measure.
