It’s a bit late this year, but the Serie V Maduro Especial is back on shelves.

Last week, Oliva Cigar Co. began shipping the Serie V Maduro Especial 2015, a 6 x 60, Mexican San Andrés-wrapped version of its popular Serie V line. If that sounds familiar, it’s because those specs line up to the same as last year’s Serie V Maduro release. The one change is in price, up from $9.50 to $10 per cigar, or $100 per box of 10.

Production numbers are describe as similar to last year, which was said to be less than 80,000 cigars.

This is the eighth year Oliva has released a Serie V Maduro Especial, since 2010 the line has used a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Normally, it ships in October, but this year’s release didn’t begin shipping until last week.
