Oliva Announces Price Increase

Oliva Cigar Company has informed retailers that a price increase will take effect February 1, 2012, on all premium cigars, which includes the NUb and Cain brands under the STUDIO TOBAC banner. This is the second year in a row Oliva has raised prices on February 1. Last year they announced a 5% price increase across the board which also took place February 1.

It would seem rather unlikely that Oliva will be the only one to raise prices in the immediate future, even following a year when the majority of major manufacturers announced various price increases.
