Viaje’s Holiday Blend will return for a fifth year. Founder Andre Farkas showed off this year’s installment, a 4 1/2 x 56 cigar, that will become the thickest of the eight releases to date. If the cigar keeps with tradition, it will ship in December in 30-count boxes.

Previously, Holiday Blend has been accompanied by additional releases. Last year, it was Stuffed Turkey—which has already shipped this year—and Candy Cane, a barber pole Holiday Blend. Farkas responded to a question on his Facebook indicating this trend would continue, stating, ”(Holiday Blend) has a counterpart this year. Just waiting on the new stick.”

This release falls in line with Viaje’s modus operandi: seasonal cigar company. While it has described itself as a “small batch” cigar company, the vast majority of the company’s releases fall into a division of series that are released—some in different shapes—each year, many—like Holiday Blend—at the same time each year.
