Otter Tail, Minn. Bans Smoking on County Property

Smoking will be banned in and on all Otter Tail County property come 2014. Last week, the county approved a measure that bans smoking around county buildings, on county property and grounds and in county vehicles. The new law will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2014.

Otter Tail County is located in western Minnesota, about an hour southeast of Fargo, N.D.
