The NHC Selección Limitada Capa Especial is back at New Havana Cigars for its second run, this time “less than 250 boxes” — a significant increase from the original allotment of just over 70 last summer. The Capa Especial takes the NHC Selección Limitada blend, what is commonly known as Tatuaje’s Brown Label blend in a Lonsdale, and places Pete Johnson’s Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper overtop.

Tatuaje NHC Capa Especial 2012

This year’s version is the first NHC Selección Limitada to feature a Tatuaje band, this time in the form of the Tatuaje Limited Series Band. It’s the fifth cigar to feature the Tatuaje Limited Series band following prerelease versions of the Fausto FT114 and Tatuaje Avion 12 (Holt’s), the Tatuaje Mexican Series Robusto and Toro.
