Tony Gomez’s time in the Dominican Republic at La Flor Dominicana’s factory now has some fruits of labor in the form of a cigar, the La Flor Dominicana Chapter 1. The limited edition cigar will debut at next month’s IPCPR trade show and convention, and according to a report from David Savona, Litto Gomez’s son is behind the project.
While details are still scarce, the company posted the above picture to its Twitter account over the weekend. According to Savona’s report, the cigar features a higher priming of the Brazilian wrapper used on the Air Bender Maduro, a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Dominican fillers.
Miami Cigar & Co. also has a cigar named Chapter One, the Casa Miranda Chapter One.
