Illusione Ships Singularé 2013 Rose Croix

Rose Croix, the fourth Singularé from Illusione should arrive at retailers nationwide next week. Dion Giolito of Illusione told halfwheel that the cigars have arrived at the company’s Reno, Nev.-based warehouse and will ship tomorrow.

Illusione introduced Singularé as its annual limited edition in 2010. Because of production delays with the 2011 version, Giolito released the 2011 and 2012 versions alongside one another last year. He also moved production from Raíces Cubanas in Honduras to Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. (TABSA) in Estelí, Nicaragua, the same factory responsible for *R* Rothchildes.

Rose Croix is limited to 900 boxes of 15, the second largest release of the line’s history following the debut Singularé Phantom. The cigar is a Nicaraguan puro with tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa. At 7 x 46, the Rose Croix measures one ring gauge short of a traditional churchill and is also the longest and thinnest of the Singularé releases.

Giolito pre-sold the cigars at the 2013 IPCPR trade show and convention with the intention of the cigars arriving in November.

Pricing is set at $12.85 per cigar or $192.75 per box plus applicable local taxes.
