Dignity Cigars has announced its IPCPR 2012 release, the Smoke of Art Cateva Serie 1944. The Costa Rican cigar company is making two different sizes of the Smoke of Art. The centerpiece is a 9 x 55 Diadema priced at $15.00. In addition a more conservative 6 x 56 size is planned with a $10.00 price tag.

The Dignity website describes the cigar:

One of our new limited edition series cigars. It’s a rich, medium body full flavor smoke. This unique blend is handcrafted using Pure ancestral, pre embargo cuban seeds of 1944.  I am very excited to introduce this series of limited cigars. This particular Cateva Serie 1944 blend is a true Costa Rican puro handcrafted using tobacco all from the same plant.

The Diadema is to be packed in boxes of ten, while the 6 x 56 will come in boxes of 15. In total, Dignity plans on producing 40,000 cigars for the Smoke of Art Cateva Serie 1944 release.

The Dignity website lists the 6 x 56 as a 7 x 56, halfwheel has been told this is an error and the cigar is in fact a 6 x 56.
