Swisher announced that Neil Kiely now holds the position of ceo in addition to his previous role as president.
Kiely was named president last September, replacing John J. Miller, who had served in the dual president and ceo role. Miller himself followed a similar path from the president of Swisher to the dual roles after the retirement of Peter Ghiloni in 2018. Miller was first named president and then became president and ceo in 2020.
In addition, Jeffrey Brown has been promoted to evp of Swisher sales; previously, Brown was the general manager of E-Alternative Solutions, which is described as a sister company to Swisher.
“Jeff has shown tremendous growth since joining EAS in 2014 and has demonstrated the leadership and acumen required for managing Swisher’s global sales strategy,” said Kiely. “Between his experience leading large sales teams and introducing new products in innovative ways, Jeff has earned this opportunity and is well equipped to lead us as we continue to transform and diversify our product portfolio.”
