Micallef Cigars has made three personnel changes.

Trey Andrews has been promoted to vp of sales. In a related move, David Lampert, who served as co-managing director for the company, is no longer with the company. Andrews joined the company on July 1 and was serving as the Micallef sales representative for Texas and the surrounding states. Brandon Luna, a former Nat Sherman salesman, will now handle Andrews’ territory which includes Texas, Kansas, Lousiana, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.

“We wish David all the luck in the world moving forward. I have learned a lot from him over the years, and I wouldn’t be in this position if not for his guidance and faith in me” said Andrews in a press release. “He has definitely made a major impact on this company and in my career as a whole.”

Update (April 4, 2019) — Added statement from Andrews.
