As part of a push to add e-cigarettes to the city’s current smoking ordinances, Livermore, Calif. will look at creating a smoke-free downtown, parks and bus stops.

Livermore Amador Valley Transportation Authority, the Livermore Recreation and Park District and Livermore Downtown Inc. are being asked by the Bay Area city to create new rules for the city to potentially implement regarding smoking. As of now, there is no set timeframe for when these groups will return their proposal.
