Tatuaje will be adding two new Surrogates cigars at this month’s IPCPR Convention & Trade Show.

One is a broadleaf-wrapped version of the company’s Crystal Baller size, a box-pressed 5 3/4 x 56 parejo, introduced in 2012. That new cigar is known as Eight Baller, which has an MSRP of $9.50. The original Crystal Baller uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper.

The Satin Glove blend—which uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over Nicaraguan fillers—will expand with a 6 x 54 toro vitola known as SG654, priced at $9.25. It was originally offered in a 7 x 47 Churchill size.

Pete Johnson of Tatuaje told halfwheel the cigars should ship shortly after the 2018 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, which begins July 13 in Las Vegas, Nev.

Update (July 4, 2018) — The original version of this story referred to the company as L’Atelier Imports. That company no longer exists as it has been folded into the Tatuaje portfolio.
