La Flor Dominicana Shows Off Special Football Edition 2020
We might only be midway through the NFL season, but La Flor Dominicana is already showing off its Super Bowl cigar.
Officially called the La For Dominicana Special Football Edition 2020, the 6 1/2 x 58 cigar will be released to stores in Florida this January. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper with maduro accents over a Dominican binder and Dominican fillers. Notably—like the rest of the Special Football Edition cigars—it features a football one the wrapper made out of darker tobacco leaves.
Pricing is set at $17 per cigar and it will be sold in boxes of 10.
This will be the sixth release of the Special Football Edition, which is released to stores in the state where the Super Bowl is played, and in some cases, the states of the teams playing in the game.
Super Bowl LIV will be played on Feb. 7, 2020 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.
