La Flor Dominicana Special Football Edition 2018 Heading to Minnesota in January
Next year, the Super Bowl is heading to Minnesota and so is a limited edition from La Flor Dominicana.
It’s called the La Flor Dominicana Special Football Edition, a limited release that is exclusive to retailers in the state where the Super Bowl takes place.
The cigar is notable because La Flor Dominicana crafts a picture of a football out of tobacco on each cigar.
As for the Minnesota exclusive, it’s similar to the version that went to Texas this year, though the foot is not cut at an angle.
It measures 6 1/2 x 52/60 with a torpedo cap. Blend-wise, the cigar uses Ecuadorian habano and Ecuadorian Connecticut wrappers over a Dominican binder and Dominican fillers.
Pricing is set at $16 per cigar and it is offered in boxes of 10. La Flor Dominicana has not disclosed production numbers.
Super Bowl LII takes place Feb. 4 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
