The latest regional exclusive from Miami Cigar & Co. will take La Aurora’s flagship line and place it in a 5 1/2 x 42 corona size. Fans of the La Aurora Preferidos will note that the cigar comes in a variety of wrappers. If you are wondering which one has been chosen for this release? All six of them.

Only retailers in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington D.C. will have access to the Preferidos Coronas. It comes in trays of 150, with 25 of each of the six wrappers: Brazilian sun grown (Ruby), Cameroon (Platinum), Connecticut (Sapphire), Connecticut broadleaf (Diamond) Corojo (Gold) and Ecuadorian Sumatra (Emerald).

Pricing is $8 per cigar and the cigars are expected to ship this week. This is the second release that has gone to Christopher Lenzo’s territory following the La Aurora Preferidos Diamond Chico’s Choice released last year.

The cigars are made at E. León Jimenes Tabacalera in the Dominican Republic, which is distributed by Miami Cigar & Co. in the U.S.
