Add Ken Hamlin to the list of retired athletes who have created their own cigar lines.

After visits to cigar factories all over the world and a regular fixture at events like Procigar, the former NFL Pro Bowler is planning on launching his new cigar line next month, called The Arrival. It will be made by La Aurora in the Dominican Republic using a Nicaraguan wrapper over Brazilian, Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers.

The Arrival will debut in three sizes:

  • The Arrival Robusto (5 x 50) — $10
  • The Arrival Toro (6 x 50) — $11
  • The Arrival Gran Toro (6 x 52) — $12.50

Miami Cigar & Co., La Aurora’s U.S. distributor, will be importing the cigars but not selling them. Hamlin told halfwheel he plans on launching the line in late July and will eventually work to add independent sales representatives.

Hamlin played eight seasons in the NFL spending most of his career in Dallas and Seattle. In 2007, he was selected to the Pro Bowl.

I enjoy playing tennis, watching boxing, falling asleep to the Le Mans 24, wearing sweatshirts year-round and eating gyros. echte liebe.
