Tonight, the Keller City Council will discuss a potential smoking ban. Details are slim, but a report from KXAS indicates that the proposed ban is targeted at restaurants.

Keller is a 40,000 person suburb of Fort Worth, Texas. The city has made growth a priority and welcomed a cigar shop in the form of Michael’s Tobacco of Keller in 2012, a sister to Town & Country cigars.

Bob Peacock of Michael’s Tobacco told halfwheel he will be in attendance. It remains unclear if cigar stores will be affected by the proposed law.
