The first extension to the Jason~Dumont line will be a maduro release made exclusively for a California retailer.

Next month, SmallBatchCigars.com, the online storefront for MAXAMAR Ultimate Cigars in Orange, Calif., will receive the Jason~Dumont Noir. It’s a 6 x 48 toro that uses an Ecuadorian maduro wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and Dominican piloto cubano and Nicaraguan corojo fillers. The filler blend is said to be mostly Nicaraguan corojo tobaccos.

It will be priced at $170 per bundle of 10 cigars and limited to 500 bundles.

The Jason~Dumont line is part of Proprietary Cigar Co., a spinoff of Warped Cigars. The name is a combination of the middle names of Kyle Gellis and his father, Ronald.

The first Jason~Dumont line was sold via DROP, another Gellis project where he sells cigars directly to consumers. In early 2021, Jason~Dumont is set to become a full line with three sizes sold to retailers.

Gellis also sells wine under the same name.
