After quite a bit of teasing, the Jas Sum Kral Fuck the FDA cigar is shipping to stores nationally.

The cigar, which is inspired by the 2016 regulations by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration against the cigar industry, is a 6 x 52 toro that uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an undisclosed binder and filler. Cheekily, the company says its “air cured tobacco,” the description that many companies are using when it comes to FDA-mandated tobacco ingredient disclosures.

It is priced at $9.99 per cigar and offered in bundles of 10. Those bundles are wrapped in the cover page of the regulations.

The initial release is limited to 499 bundles, which matches the number of pages that the main regulatory document is. They have begun shipping to five stores:

  • Golden Leaf Cigar Lounge — Hobart, Ind.
  • Omerta Cigar Co. — Oklahoma City
  • Rudy’s Cigar Lounge — Fort Wayne, Ind.
  • Stateline Cigar Lounge — Newark, Del.
  • Tobacco Land — Munster, Ind.

Jas Sum Kral says that next month stores around the country will be able to order the cigar and it hopes to ship the cigar to international accounts later this year.
