Isabela Adds 2022 Ltd Edition Mammoth 6 x 60

Late last year, Isabela Cigars added a new line called The Mammoth, which was offered in 7 x 70 and 8 x 80 sizes.

Now, the company is selling a smaller 6 x 60 version. According to Johnny Piette of Isabela, the Isabela 2022 Ltd Edition Mammoth was actually rolled two years ago—one year before the larger sizes—but he felt like the blend was not ready at the end of the last year. As noted by the wrapper design, this cigar uses a different blend as the other version of The Mammoth. It uses Nicaraguan habano prieto wrapper as the main wrapper with stripes of Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper accenting the habano leaf.

In addition to those changes, Piette says the 6 x 60 version uses higher-priming tobaccos to help give the blend “some extra punch.”

The Isabela 2022 Ltd Edition Mammoth has an MSRP of $12.95 per cigar and is limited to 2,000 total cigars.
