I had been meaning to get to the Boveda booth each day of the trade show. It’s quite dry in Las Vegas and it’s not good for the cigars we are collecting throughout each day. On Monday, I finally made it by the booth and got to pick up much-needed packs for halfwheel as well as a look at the company’s new 8-gram carton.

The Boveda booth is much the same as it has been for the last few years. One interesting note is that there is a studio set up for the company’s Box Pressed media operation in the back of the booth.

Boveda 8-Gram Carton

The new 8-gram cartons are probably not the most exciting things for consumers, but the new display replaces the bulk bags that Boveda has previously used to ship its products. This means retailers will be able to display them on the counter and also order in lower quantities. And perhaps most important for consumers, the packs are now sealed in plastic so  you can take them home.
