It certainly didn’t take a genius to see this coming, but the Southern Draw booth at the 2018 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show has been packed. As we’ve noted a few times beforehand, the company has been on the rise for the last 12 months and the trade show booth made that very clear.

Southern Draw did formalized launch events, like actual scheduled times to unveil products — something that is quite rare at the trade show. I wasn’t around for either, but by the time I showed up at the booth the company’s new releases were all on display.

Southern Draw 300 Hands

Fun fact: we actually thought about using the name 300 Hands for a project of ours a few years ago. We never got around to using it—though we do have a domain name and Facebook page for our efforts—but now Robert and Sharon Holt are using a cigar to do something similar: tell the story of how much work goes into a cigar. It’s said that 300 hands go into making a single cigar, hence the name.
