For the third year in a row after signing with Drew Estate to distributed its products, Debonaire House was again located inside the Drew Estate booth.

Interestingly, that will change next year, as the company announced in June that it would be taking over distribution of its own products starting Jan. 1, 2019.

In fact, although the company did release a new cigar this year, it was not being sold at the show, meaning the one new item for the company came in the form of a packaging update.

Indian Motorcycle Cigars Dealership Program

Debonaire House announced its Indian Motorcycle Cigars Dealership program, which will see the company offer Indian Motorcycle Habano and Maduro lines in both Robusto (5 x 50) and Toro (6 x 52) vitolas to Indian Motorcycle dealers around the country. Those cigars are part of the company’s Indian Motorcycle line of cigars—each packaged in a specialized sealed and humidified pouch.

I have been smoking cigars for over eight years. A documentary wedding photographer by trade, I spent seven years as a photojournalist for the Dallas Morning News and the Fort Worth Star Telegram. I started the cigar blog SmokingStogie in 2008 after realizing that there was a need for a cigar blog with better photographs and more in-depth information about each release. SmokingStogie quickly became one of the more influential cigar blogs on the internet, known for reviewing preproduction, prerelease, rare, extremely hard-to-find and expensive cigars. I am a co-founder of halfwheel and now serve as an editor for halfwheel.
