The anchor of the four Tabacalera NOA booths is Guayacan. Tabacalera NOA is the factory of Noel Rojas and Brandon Hayes and Guayacan is of course the brand of Rojas. This year, there are two new lines for Guayacan, both extensions of previous lines from Guayacan.
As for the booth, it’s a small table with lots of product on it. By my count there are now nine lines for Guayacan, might be time to find a new table.
Gallo Pinto Maduro
There’s a new Gallo Pinto release, a maduro. Interestingly enough, Gallo Pinto Maduro would be an old, or ripe, version of the classic Nicaraguan dish, Gallo Pinto, rice and bean.
