We’ve been asked quite a bit about “hidden gems” of the trade show, Reinado is the easiest thing to come up with even if it’s a little secret online. Antonio Lam’s company is putting out one of the better cigars you can’t find in stores, the Grand Empire Reserve, and he’s now expanding it. I’ve yet to actually see one in stores, but that’s largely because I live in Dallas and not New Jersey. Hopefully that changes.

Grand Empire Reserve
While there are plans for five sizes, information we broke here, Lam told us he is still not happy with the 6 x 60 size, so it’s not yet available. That being said, the Petite Lanceros are smoking great.

Expanding & The Future
A Connecticut is coming according to Lam, although he’s keeping most of the details close to the vest. Lam said he plans to keep distribution in house, which is one of the reasons you may be like us and not seeing Reinado in your local shop, but he’s in Vegas trying to change that. In addition, next year is the fifth year of Reinado, so, fifth anniversary time, right?
