IPCPR 2013: Prometheus

Take rare Fuente cigars and finely crafted humidors, lighters and cutters, as well as two new lines of Sencillo cigars, put them together in one booth and you get Prometheus, who was seemingly packed to the gills with new goodies to show off this year. The company distributes the Fuente Aged Selection and has three lines of their own: the Sencillo line which is made in Danlí, Honduras and Estelí, Nicaragua, and the Fuente-made God of Fire and Angelenos lines.

The God of Fire Anniversario won’t be released until 2014; while 2012 was the 20th Anniversary of Prometheus, the cigar brand won’t turn 10 until next year, hence the somewhat delayed release.

There will also be a new limited edition cutter and three limited edition lighters released as part of the celebration:

New Fuente Destino al Siglo lighters and cutter were on display:

The Opus 22 10th Release was on display, this year with 23 cigars. Full details are here, but it’s $1,150, since you were wondering.

Here are the cigars you get in the Opus 22 10th Release humidor; because you get two of some cigars, you won’t see 22 cigars below. Better pictures and full details here.

The FFOX6 sampler contains some fairly rare cigars, as you would imagine, with four color options for the humidor. Full details are in this article.
