IPCPR 2012: Villiger

Earlier this year Erik Stokkebye left Villiger-Stokkebye and Roy MacLaren was named the president of the company. Since then, MacLaren has been working on two lines from Plasencia Cigars S.A.—both bearing the Villiger name. Both were on display at IPCPR with a debut set for August 9.

Villiger Colorado
Offered in four sizes (Robusto, Double Robusto, Toro and Churchill), the Villiger Colorado features a Jalapa wrapper and binders from Estelí and Ometepe Habano. Inside there is filler from Jamastra, Estelí and Ometepe. Prices range from $9-10 each in boxes of 20.

Villiger Talanga
The same four vitolas return, this time with a Honduran Talanga wrapper over fillers from Estelí, Ometepe and Condega and a Jalapa binder. Prices start at $9.00 and round out at $9.75.
