For the first time in over five years, HVC Cigars will be selling its Vieja Cosecha No.1.

The 6 x 52 toro debuted in 2014 as a limited edition release of just 4,000 cigars. Next month, the cigars will return at R. Field Wine Co. in O’ahu, Hawaii.

Its blend has changed slightly compared to the original release. The 2020 version will use a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos from Jalapa, including a five-year-old binder. The original was a Nicaraguan puro. Furthermore, this release will be a 5 x 50.

The 2020 HVC Vieja Cosecha No.1 is limited to 150 boxes of 10 cigars. It is produced at Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
