The José L. Piedra band has been redesigned by Habanos S.A. and an updated version will begin appearing in the market.

Habanos S.A. has announced that it has redesigned the band and is now using improved printing techniques in an effort to make the band look more modern. This comes after a 2020 announcement that the company was updating the brand’s bundle packaging.

According to Habanos S.A., the new packaging will be phased in, meaning consumers may see both the old and new designs at the same time.

José L. Piedra uses short filler tobaccos, making it one of the most affordable cigars from Cuba.
