At this year’s IPCPR convention and trade show, Felix Assouline will show off new versions of the company’s EGO and Ringo lines. Both will now feature an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper alongside the normal Nicaraguan criollo 98 cover leaf found on the two lines.

The EGO Connecticut will be offered in three box-pressed sizes: Spirit (6 1/2 x 54 belicoso, $8), Maniac (6 1/2 x 56, $8.30) and Passion (6 1/2 x 58 torpedo grande, $9). Unlike the regular EGO line, the EGO Connecticut will be offered in boxes of 10 initially.

A trio of vitolas will also make up the Ringo Connecticut’s debut—Bullet (5 x 52, $6), Outlaw (6 x 54, $6.50) and Ranger (6 x 54 belicoso, $7.50). Like the EGO Connecticut, they will also come in boxes of 10.

These two new lines join the II Saints and CSB as the company’s releases for the IPCPR trade show. The cigars are made at Assouline Omega Tabacos and are expected to ship immediately following the trade show.
