At the beginning of this month, Espinosa Premium Cigars has added a new addition in its portfolio. Only it’s not made at the company’s La Zona Cigar Factory.
Instead, it’s made in Costa Rica at the Pure Aroma Cigars S.A. factory. The brand is D’Crossier and it’s now being distributed by Espionsa Premium Cigars. Isaias Santana Diaz told halfwheel that none of the blends are changing. Instead, he believes the move will allow for more consumers to have access to his cigars.
“Erik (Espinosa) is a close friend and our friendship transcends the cigar business,” said Diaz in an email. “He is someone that I admire and trust very much. He has had much success throughout his 20 years in the industry and I believe that this partnership can provide D’Crossier Cigars more exposure and make our lines more readily available to new cigar markets and consumers.”
