Chazz Palminteri, who starred alongside Robert De Niro in A Bronx Tale (1993), has partnered with Epic Cigars for a new cigar by the same name.

A Bronx Tale is a new 6 x 54 box-pressed toro extra that uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Dominican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The cigar is made at Tabacalera Von Eicken S.R.L. in the Dominican Republic in collaboration with Paul DiSilvio of La Casa Grande Tobacco Co., a cigar factory and retailer located on Arthur Ave. in the Bronx.

The MSRP is set at $20 per cigar, and A Bronx Tale comes packed in boxes of 10.

A launch event is scheduled at La Casa Grande Tobacco Co. on June 28. Epic Cigars will have the cigar on display at the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show, which takes place July 8-11 in Las Vegas. In addition, Palminteri will be at the trade show during the first two days.

In addition to A Bronx’s Tale, Palminteri was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Bullets Over Broadway (1994).
