Since 2016, Elie Bleu has been selling various cigar lighters and cutters to go along with the company’s famous humidors, but one popular cutting style has been absent, until now. Today, the company’s first v-cutter is shipping to stores.

The Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter is a spring-loaded, deep v-cutter that measures 2.56 inches x 1.75 inches x .31 inches. To open the cutter, the user presses the top section, which triggers the top plunger to open and allows the cigar to be placed inside the opening. At the bottom of the cutter is a small opening, that the company says allows for small pieces of tobacco and dust to fall out of the cutter. The idea is that if these pieces have nowhere to go, they could eventually clog the cutter and reduce performance.

At launch, there are seven different colorways:

  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Black Lacquer — $240
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Black Lacquer Alba — $250
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Blue Lacquer — $240
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Red Lacquer — $240
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Satin — $240
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Yellow Lacquer — $240
  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Cuba — $250

In the U.S., Eliel Bleu is distributed by Rëyns International.
