Last week, the 2018 batch of Pappy Van Winkle, the acclaimed bourbon, began arriving at stores. Now, the Drew Estate-made cigar designed to accompany the release is heading to cigar shops.

Drew Estate has announced the second release of the Pappy Van Winkle Tradition.

“The Pappy Van Winkle Tradition is an ultra-complex cigar that honors the history and craftsmanship of the Pappy Van Winkle bourbon,” said Jonathan Drew, co-founder and president of Drew Estate, in a press release. “We chose to age these cigars an additional year for this release, as Willy Herrera wanted to amplify the smoothness.”

The cigar is offered in seven sizes, though only five are available for purchase through Drew Diplomat retailers.
