The Drew Estate Barn Smoker events are coming back for 2022.
During a Facebook Live event on Thursday night, the company made the announcement, confirming that there will be five events on this year’s schedule:
- Florida Barn Smoker (Clermont, Fla.) — May 13-15
- Pennsylvania Barn Smoker (Strasburg, Pa.) — July 15-16
- Connecticut Barn Smoker (Ellington, Conn.) — Aug. 12-14
- Kentucky Barn Smoker (Hopkinsville, Ky.) — Sept. 30-Oct. 1
- Barn Smoker Presents—Savage Feast (Parker, Texas) — Oct. 21-22
In addition, the company announced that each of the five events will have a Drew Estate-themed 25th anniversary pre-party. The company will cap off its Barn Smoker events with a grand finale called Savage Feast that will feature several of Drew Estate’s ambassadors, as well as tobacco farmers, food, drinks, music and entertainment. The event seems like the postponed DE25 party, the company’s 25th anniversary that was supposed to take place last year. Drew Estate canceled all of its 2021 Barn Smoker events and postponed the DE25 party.
“We love our extended Drew Estate family, and Barn Smoker 2022 will set a new standard in celebrating the art of premium leaf, our iconic brands, and honored company culture … together in true fellowship,” said Jonathan Drew, Drew Estate’s co-founder and president, in a press release. “Barn Smoker is seriously evolving into a complete Drew Estate festival, unlike anything else in the world. The aspect I’m most excited about this year is that Barn Smoker attendees will be the first to see, taste and experience all new Drew Estate cigars. Our most loyal fans should be the first to try our new stuff, that’s how I see it anyway.”
Tickets are going to be offered to ticket holders from last year’s canceled DE25 party, while tickets for the general public will go on sale at 12 p.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 18. The company said that ticket holders from last year’s cancelled event will be receiving an e-mail with details about how to purchase tickets beginning this evening. Pricing for the events range from $100-350 per ticket.
