There’s a football, a 50, a bridge, “San Francisco” and “Feb. 7th, 2016” on the box, but you still can’t call it a Super Bowl 50 cigar, at least not legally.

The NFL would need a licensing fee for that and it’s unlikely Camacho would want to fork over that kind of money for such a limited edition cigar. However, since 2012 the brand has partnered with Mike Ditka, the Hall of Fame and Super Bowl-winning former NFL players and coach, for various cigars featuring his name and likeness.

Ditka Special GameDay Edition

The latest is the Ditka Special GameDay Edition. It’s made in Camacho’s signature 11/18 perfecto shape, 6 x 48/54/48, with a Nicaraguan corojo wrapper, Brazilian binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Honduras.

Production is limited to 500 boxes of 20 cigars with each cigar packaged in its own coffin. Pricing is set at $17 per cigar and the Ditka Special GameDay Edition is set to begin shipping on Jan. 22.

Camacho is produced at Oettinger Davidoff’s Agroindustria LAEPE S.A. in Danlí, Honduras.
