Earlier this year, Debonaire House announced that it would be taking back its U.S. distribution in January 2019. As it turns out, that will happen this week.

Debonaire has announced that it has been able to reach its goals for U.S. distribution quicker than anticipated and as such, effective yesterday Debonaire House will be distributing its own cigars in the U.S. Drew Estate had served as the company’s U.S. distributor since 2016.

Orders placed with debonaire will ship directly from the Dominican Republic via UPS Cigars Direct, a UPS program that allows companies to ship cigars directly from the Dominican Republic to U.S. stores, with customs and excise taxes handled when the cigars leave the Dominican Republic. Quesada, Matilde and MLB Cigar Ventures also use this program.
