What’s old is new again has been the ongoing theme for this year. Most of that has been companies rereleasing old cigar brands, but Debonaire House is actually digging through its archives.

That cigar is called Conservatory Selection, a 5 5/8 x 43 parejo that was rolled in 2009, before the U.S. launch of the Debonaire.D That cigar was made with a proprietary Dominican habano wrapper over a blend of “Caribbean and Nicaraguan fillers.”

There was a total of 30,000 cigars made in various sizes, though only the 100 10-count bundles of the corona are being offered now.

Debonaire won’t be selling the cigars, rather it sent 100 of those 10-count bundles to Serious Cigars to be used as promotional items in Serious’ online storefront. Customers that place orders of the Debonaire line will be given a bundle, while supplies last. The promotion begins July 16.

Serious Cigars is owned by Imperial Brands, plc, which also operates the JR Cigar and Casa de Montecristo retail operations in the U.S.
