In what has been a week of price increase announcements, Oettinger Davidoff Group has confirmed there will be a ten cent ($.10) increase to MSRP on almost all of their facings which include AVO, Camacho, Cusano, Davidoff, Griffin’s, Winston Churchill, Zino and others.

Davidoff has began to inform retailers that the price increase is set to take place on February 20th.

Davidoff joins Altadis, General Cigar Co., Oliva and others that have announced price increases early into 2012. Numerous factors have been cited, all related to an increase in production costs.

Even companies that have chose not to increase prices have admitted that production costs are increasing in nearly every factory, altering the new year’s economic plans.
