Davidoff Adds Two New Prestige Lighter Finishes for Holiday Season
Next month, Davidoff will release two new colorways of its Prestige Lighter, both adorned with designs of tobacco leaves.
The Davidoff Prestige Lighter Leaves Limited Edition 2022 is actually S.T.Dupont’s Ligne 2 soft flame lighter but made for Davidoff. The new design has designs of tobacco leaves on the body of the lighter and uses S.T.Dupont’s micro diamond head pattern on the sides and top parts.
It’s offered in gold and palladium finishes. Each lighter has an MSRP of $1,290 and is limited to 250 numbered pieces. Davidoff says it will begin shipping the lighters to retailers this November.
The Ligne 2 lighter is the flagship lighter from S.T.Dupont. It features two flame nozzles allowing it to create a wider flame. To use the lighter, the user opens the flip-top lid—creating a signature pinging sound—and then flicks the roller wheel to the left using their right thumb. This turns the flint and lights the dual flames. The lighters are made by S.T.Dupont in France.
