Davidoff’s Masterpiece Humidor Collection has a new addition as part of its recent Year of the Ox release.

The Davidoff Year of the Ox Masterpiece Humidor is a $40,000 humidor that contains 88 Davidoff Year of the Ox Limited Edition 2021. It’s covered in red and gold lacquer and also uses gold-plated accents, including a golden ox icon. Inside the humidor is a lid that uses ox leather.

In addition to the cigars, the humidor contains a pull-out tray where the included Davidoff jet flame lighter and a double guillotine cutter can be stored.

Pricing for the humidor is $40,000 and it is limited to just seven units worldwide.

The Davidoff Limited Edition 2021 Year of the Ox is a 6 x 60 gordo that uses a Dominican wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatran binder and five different fillers:

  • Dominican Republic Piloto Viso
  • Dominican Republic San Vicente Mejorado Viso
  • Dominican Republic Yamasá Viso
  • Nicaragua Condega Viso
  • Nicaragua Estelí Viso

It is otherwise available for purchase for $40 per cigar and limited to 13,500 boxes of 10 cigars.

In addition, the company announced a Year of the Ox Masterpiece pipe that is made in Italy and decorated in Japan. Previously, Davidoff announced Year of the Ox accessories—a lighter, cutter and ashtray—and Year of the Ox pipe tobacco.
