Casdagli has announced the second batch of the Daughters of the Wind Pony Express has begun shipping. Unlike the first batch, it will be going to more than just one store, actually more than one country.

In the U.S., it will remain an exclusive for SmallBatchCigar.com, the online storefront of MAXAMAR Ultimate Cigars in Orange, Calif. However, the company is shipping about half of the 2020 batch of Pony Express to international markets.

The Pony Express is a 6 x 48 box-pressed toro version of the Daughters of the Wind line. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over two binders—Costa Rican Puriscal and one from Estelí, Nicaragua—over Dominican oscuro ligero and Peruvian fillers.

The first batch was limited to just 333 boxes of 15 cigars. Casdagli says that going forward, production will be limited to 20,000 cigars produced over the next two years.
