PCA Promotes Joshua Habursky to Executive Director
Habursky, who joined the Premium Cigar Association in 2019, had been serving as the interim executive director since Scott Pearce departed for the Cigar Association of America in April. The organization says it plans to make new hires for its trade show team, the PCA’s main source of revenue.
