Cuba Rica’s fuller Testarosso line will now be offered in just two vitolas. The company will add the Pele (6 x 60) size and keep the Topaz (5 x 56), while the Azar (4 x 56), Calida (6 x 56) and Fiametta (7 x 56) vitolas are no longer in production.

Stephen Adib of Cuba Rica told halfwheel there is still limited inventory of the three discontinued sizes in stock. Pricing for Topaz remains at $9, while the Pele will retail for $10. Like the rest of the line, the cigars are packaged in boxes of 20.

Testarosso was introduced in 2012, as the company’s second and fuller brand. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper and features one of the more unique bands on the market. It’s a foot band that covers the bottom of the foot to show an image of an already lit cigar.

The cigars are made at the Tabacos de Costa Rica factory in Costa Rica.
