For retail attendees of the IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, Crux Cigars will have an exclusive cigar.

The Crux Limitada Show Exclusive 2016 is a follow-up to the PB5 the company showed off last year. It will come in a single 5 x 52 box-pressed size with the company’s trademark Marblehead, a style of 109 head.

The Limitada blend uses a Nicaraguan Engañoso wrapper, something the company describes as exclusive to Crux, over a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper and Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers.

Interestingly, the cigar is not being sold per se. Instead, retailers will receive one 10-count box per $1,000 of wholesale product they order from Crux at the trade show. The box will be given to the retailers for free, meaning they can set their own price.

Production will depend on the amount of $1,000+ orders the company receives at the trade show.

It will be sold in 10-count boxes. The company says the cigars will launch nationally to retailers in September.

The 2016 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show begins July 25 in Las Vegas.
