Crowned Heads has made no secret that Nashville is its home, it’s next cigar is heading southeast to Chattanooga.

The company will send Burns Tobacconist a new cigar called Les CHATTeaux. It’s a play on Chattanooga and château, French for castle.

As for the cigar, it’s a box-pressed 5 5/8 x 46 corona gorda that uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers.

Les CHATTeaux.

“This blend is a direct descendant of the Four Kicks Mule Kick LE 2012, said Jon Huber, Crowned Heads co-owner, to halfwheel. “I’d like to say it’s like a second cousin once removed.”

Les CHATTeaux retails for $8.50. It will come in boxes of 12. Huber said that the original shipment will consist of 500 boxes, but production will be ongoing.

The cigars are being produced at Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.’s Tabacalera La Alianza S.A.

Update (March 28, 2016) — The cigar will be released on April 1.
